Treo 700 wx screen acting strange
 

The problem with my phone is that sometimes when I push the red button which turns the screen on and off, the backlight will flash but the screen wont come on. And then I have to wait a few seconds and try it again and sometimes it will do it again and again.

Anyone know of this, is this like a DSOD or could it be hardware so i know to return it.....

I'd start with a soft reset if you haven't done one in a while.

Yeah its an ongoing thing, ive already soft reset a few times still does it. I might try a hard reset but it doesnt seem like that would be the problem....

PS. this phone doesnt have an SD card installed.

sounds like something more than a soft reset will fix... try a hard reset and then off to CS let them replace it!!
