If I am not getting voicemail alerts is that a network issue or phone issue? When I call my phone I hear I have voicemail but I do not get an actual laert on my phone. How can I fix this?

Are you running Phone Alarm on your 700wx? What other software do you have loaded? Did it just start or has this been an on-going problem?

I had phone alarm on there but I removed it because it wasn't letting me use the ignore or answer buttons on my phone. I am not sure when the problem but I just noticed it today. I have only had the phone for maybe 3 days so it fairly new. On my phone i currently have the following :

City ID ( the program that tells u where a call is coming from)
Key Light
Ringo
Spb Menu
Windows Live

Try cleaning up your registry with something like SK Tools or MemMaid. They can both be found in the "Download" section. Have you performed a soft reset recently?

i did MemMaid and still the same issue.

If the phone is fairly new I'd take it back to a Sprint store and get that bad boy swapped out for a new one.

I ended up doing a hard reset and everything is fine now. I just have to re-enter all of my contact info.grrrrrrrrrr :(

If you got the phone from Sprint an application called Sprite Backup came on the CD. I suggest you install it on your pc and 700wx and regularly back up. I backup about once every 2 weeks or before I install a new app. Sprite and similar backup programs will restore you device and all contacts, etc.
