New problem...any ideas?
 
My phone lately has been ringing once, maybe twice, then an error will vome up saying the answer radio is shut down, and to look into the settings. I can't figure it out, and I am turning to the forums. I can't keep missing calls like this. I will be calling Verizon tomorrow if I can't get it by then!! Thanks guys!

There may be a hard reset in your future! I hope you have backed up your device.
