Voice Command 1.6 / Phone alarm 1.56 / Threaded SMS

I was just wondering if someone has all these programs but, have the caller id / text messaging read through your bluetooth. Because, i just recently got all of them today. Is there any settings i can change or what ? I can use my voice command through my bluetooth, but it would be cool if i can hear my caller id through my bluetooth. Although, i put phone on vibrate/silent using the slider on top of the phone.

Any tips or tricks would be appreicated.

You can use VoiceCommand through BT? Like, you can dial through VoiceCommand through your BT headset? Let me tell you, you would be the first and some people would kill to be able to do this. Make sure is not that the voice is being received through the device's microphone as some users thought VC through BT was working only to find out the device's mic was the one responsible.

As far as announcements through BT, unfortunately these are not supported with the 700w/wx. Hacks have been tried, but no success.

I have been able to activate vc with my bluetooth H700 by pressing the button on the bluetooth. But the annoucements just go through the treo.

Another question for anyone who looks, by having all three programs. Does anyone (when you recieve a text message) does it sometime lock up your phone ?? Like once out of 15 messages i get, the phone locks up. Any setting changes ?

Again, tips or tricks are appreicated :)

I'm thinking it's a situation where the phones mic is picking up the users voice. Hey ikd...put your phone in a drawer or under a pillow or something and then attempt vc through your bluetooth.

Didn't he say VC 1.6? I thought that 1.6 supported VC through Bluetooth.

Yeah but it's more of a hardware issue with the 700w/wx

At least that's my understanding.
