Small problem - Pressing back button in IE closes browser?

Hey guys, I'm having a little problem lately with my internet explorer browser. Every time I click on a back button the browser just closes, has this happened to any of you? It exits, but also clears the last page that I went to so I can't even just reopen it.

I'd appreciate any advice.
Thanks,
RG

I'd start with a soft reset and see if that doesn't clear up the issue.

I would then try a hard reset, sounds like something is corrupted. Did you add anything to PIE? Like PIE Plus? What else do you have installed?

I didn't add anything to the browser.

As for installed programs:

Phonealarm
PDAnet
WeatherPanel
Wisbar Advance 2

and that's about it.

It started doing this last week, but not after I installed any specific program.
I'm willing to do a hard reset...I just want to make sure that I won't lose any info that I have on it now. All I have to do to ensure that is make a backup?
I have SunnySoft Backup Manager...you think that's enough?

I really appreciate all your help.
Thanks,
RG

Backing up now won't really do much as you'll most likely still have the problem when you restore. Do you have a backup of your device before the internet explorer problem started? You may just have to hard reset and start from scratch.

Ok, I guess it's time to reinstall everything then...:(

Thanks for your help guys.

Update: Hard reset device - all works fine now :) Time to reinstall everything...sigh...
