A great program put together for the treo 700 WX/W

If you have messages pending or missed calls
1)Led will blink green
2)reminder alert every 2 min
3)Vib reminder every 2 min when treo is set to mute.

why not just use phonealarm. it prerty much does what that does and has more features.

Probably because it's free and some users have compatibility issues with PA. Also, some users only would like LED notifications and don't need all that other stuff PA provides.

This by far is no PA.What this does is give you what WM should have had in the first place which is Basic alert reminder function.
Led blink
Reminder alert every 2min
Reminder Vib every 2min is ringer is set on mute
For missed call/V-mail/sms/e-mail

There is icon to turn on and off with program status in
the carrier plugin.That simple.There is no conflict with OS = no headackes are had.No over throwing the OS here :)

A couple post down thread

I installed the program, yes it works but it really slows down my phone. Maybe because i have the hidelogo installed too. The major program i have is, after i installed the program i had to run the mortscript. AFter running the mort script. My mp3 ringtones don't work no more. Does anyone have an idea what had happen. My phone doesnt even recognize the file as a mp3. please help.. thanks

lack of mp3 would have nothing to do with the mort.exe file in script.As far as mortscript slowing down your device hmmm maybe in the old builds but that is not present in RC9,RC10.
I would look elsewhere for the slow down culprit.

Install,

1)Drop TREO ALERT 4.2 in Your My Documents folder.
2)Give cab file a screen tap
3)After cab installs give Your Treo a Softreset.
4)Watch You Carrier plugin.You will see TREO ALERT-HELLO
5)Go to your programs menu and tap Treo Alert Icon
6) you will hear-treo alert active.
7)Go back to your today screen and you will notice
Carrie plugin you will see TREO ALERT- ACTIVE

is it just me, or does this program cause your incoming calls to be announced as well?

like my ringer will be going off (because I'm getting a phone call) and then my phone says, "Call from _____ ".

And are there any settings I can change?
