Comcast Error
When sending a new message in comcast it always goes to my outbox. I then have to send/receive to actually send the message. This is fine but now when trying to send the message from out box I get this message:
"Messages cannot be downloaded to your mobile device. Make sure that you are connected and that your email account settings are correct. Then try again." I double checked all my settings. Any ideas? Thanks. |
Are you using Comcast's outgoing SMTP server? Maybe you need to use Sprint's since some ISPs don't like users using their ourgoing servers from other networks.

thanks for the quick reply. Yes i am using comcasts smtp. What are the settings for sprint?

Try smtp.sprint.com - there may be other advanced options, I know they are out there, I'm not to familiar with them though. Try this first...
