Exchange email, wrong time

Hi All,

I know this probably is a very easy problem to solve, so here goes. On my exchange email, the time on the email is one hour early. My phone clock is all ok, but the email is "timed" wrong.

Treo 700wx, any ideas?
Assistance is much appreciated!

Is the time wrong on e-mail you get or e-mail you send?

Hey Phibe,

The time in outlook email received is wrong, it seems like it never adjusted to daylight savings time.

Any Ideas ?

Isn't the received time determine by the server? My friend told me the same about e-mail I sent her from my Exchange e-mail but everything is on time on my end... so maybe the Exchange server has not been patched.

go to PALM.com and update your DST. It'll fix everything. My phone had the same problem until I did the update. It'll request for you to update activesync before you do so

Your exchange server could be set to the wrong time zone. If you use mail2web it defaults to eastern time. Try logging into your exchange server or talking to your it department to check the time zone.
