Power Issues
 

Need some help.
My wife has this phone, and at times when she goes to turn the screen back on, the entire device is powered off, she will have to remove the battery and put it back in to get the thing to turn on. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Perhaps a conflict with some software? I would suggest doing a hard reset to factory settings to see if it continues.

just pretty much the default ones: speed dial, appoint and tasks.
Only new software that was loaded on it besides what came with it was Bejeweled 2, Soduku and transcriber, bu those were all loaded LONG before the problem started.
I loaded the 1.15 update to it last night in the hope that would take care of it. If it does not, then we will try a new battery, if that does not take care of problem we will ger her a new phone.
