Touch Screen for Voice mail

Guys, Please excuse if I am asking a dumb question, first smartphone

I set up the voice mail as per sprint, but still

1. tap to set is showing
2. When i tap the screen to go next voice mail it not working, only tapping working is speakerphone and mute




If some thing defective in my treo I need to replace it(700 wx)

Nothing is defective with your phone. Use your D-pad to navigate to those buttons. I always thought you could tap on it but never bothered with it until one day I decided to use the D-pad. All it's doing is simmulating the number pressing you'd do for each command. You'll notice when you hear the tone coming from the phone's speaker.

Tap to set is the other speed dial button. You just tap it and you can set it to do whatever you want. As far as those in voicemail buttons can push mine with the stylus. Probably not much help, but I thought I'd mention that.
