Speaker Phone

Hi all. Really odd, my speaker phone wont turn on since about a week ago. The icon is there but I push the button & it doesnt stay on. Anyone have any clues as to what the dealeo is? thanks in advance for the help.

have you installed anything new? if so, uninstall it. or if all else fails then the only option is to hard reset your phone to factory defaults. make sure to backup your info, and everything else before doing the drastic hard reset.

Yea I uninstalled all the programs that I installed around the time it went out. Though I havnt done a factory reset, thats the last thing I want to do.I dont think its a hardware issue, the phone is only 4months old and in perfect working order

Then it's a software issue, fixable only by a hard reset
You can, however, back up your stuff first and see if a hard reset and restore of everything the way it was solves your problem

Sounds like you have no choice, but to do a HARD Reset!!!
