cant stay connected to EVDO anymore
 

out of no where i can only stay connected to the network for a minute or two max. i did a hard reset and it didn't work. i also did the 1.22 update and it didn't work.

any recommendations?

That's BS!

I had that problem when I first got my 700wx. I figured it would eventually come back, or had to do with where I was living, but then I thought - sh*t, I live in San Francisco (not exactly the boonies).

And just as strangely as the EVDO went away, one day while on the train it strangely came back! Weirdest sh*t! ....and then 2 wks later it went away again. At the time I was new to the site, and downloading a lot of stuff so that may have had some thing to do with it.

I eventually got a new one. I took it to the Sprint store, and they didn't know what was up, so I got a new one

I have/had the same issue ..and knoticed it after I started download some app to the phone..finally did a hard reset and problem solved ..So far...

If a hard reset didn't solve your problem I'd suggest taking it to your nearest Sprint store. You also might want to call Sprint CS and see if there have been any tower changes in your area recently.
