How do i get avi or mpeg 4 movies on my memory card that is in my treo 700wx

Are you trying to just copy yhe files to the card you are using on your WX?

If that's the case, connect it through ActiveSync and select the Explore option. Then navigate to the Storage Card folder and place the file there.
