Voicemail buttons
 

Hey,
I believe this is my first post her (I cant remember). Anyways, when I call my voicemail the nice little Palm voicemail screen comes up but the buttons for it do absolutely nothing. Has anyone else had this problem? Is my phone broken and should I get a replacement phone or are these buttons that useful? TIA

Go to Menu (Right Soft Key) - Speed Dial Options - Select the Voicemail Speed dial (1) - Menu (Right Soft Key) - Edit - Advanced Tab - and there you can fix the buttons.

That is assuming you mean the on screen voicemail control buttons.
