Palm Tero 755p Ringer software
 

I'm trying to get ringers that are MP3s on my Palm Treo 755p I was told there is a software that you can put on the phone please help me out thanks

Two things...first, read through the Ringtone Forum at the bottom of our homepage...there are lots of tips there.

Secondly, you can also easily make your own mp3 ringtones with any song. Just get an editor and edit the song down to about 30 seconds. Anything longer and it just gets silly.

Yes I have a bunch of ringers but there is no way to put them as a ringer on the Treo 755p

Well since we are primarily a Windows Mobile site the process may vary a bit. But here's how us Windows Mobile users do it:

Connect to ActiveSync. Then simply drag and drop the mp3 files from your pc to the following folder on your PPC (Windows/Rings).

They should then appear under Sounds & Notifications for you to select.

Well that doesn't work either I was told by a Sprint worker to go to this web site and get the software to be able to do this

Try minitones. It will give you an option to select ringers in place them into your ringer selection. mp3's

that minitones is great. it lets me use any song i have on my sd card. i can trim it down and instantly add it to my ring tones. saweet!! i'll never buy another ring tone from sprint. saweet -- er!
