Need to block internet on 700WX

Is there a setting on the 700W/700WX which I can use to make sure there is no data usage at all even if the user attempts it?

i believe you can call sprint to have it blocked, just the same for texts.

The phone is for someone that just wanted the phone and pda functions...they don't need data/internet and there is no point of paying for it if it's not needed.

When I asked about that they were very careful to say "that's why data without a data plan is so expensive... to convince you NOT to use it" Of course there was the implied (and we make craploads of money)

I was obviously not dealing with Sprint directly at the time. I have since found a Sprint owned store and they've bee much more helpful.
