Help! Outlook always shows 1 unread msg!

I'm seeing something strange here... Outlook always shows 1 unread message. If I get new email, it increments, but even when everything is marked as read, there's still one mystery email that it thinks is unread.

Another clue that something is definitely wrong is when I mark all my messages as "unread", it says that I have 30 messages, and 31 messages unread! WTF! I've tried playing in the registry, and found places where outlook keeps message counts, and I've tried resetting those to 0, but no help. I haven't tried a hard reset. I also haven't yet tried deleting all the files in \Windows\Messaging as I'm not sure what they're for and don't want to make things worse.

Anyone seen this before? Any ideas?

Thanks!
