Shrink Picture Speed Dial

Did a quick check and couldn't find anything on my question. Is it possible to shrink the pictures for seed dialing on the today screen? Mainly I would like to make them shorter. If they need to be square and made more narrow also that is fine.

not really sure about making them smaller, but they should of made them all fit on the screen if you had more than 5 people
