mp3 Files Via Bluetooth on Treo 700wx

The owner's manual says you can't use Bluetooth headsets to listen to mp3 files.

Has anyone come up with a workaround to allow that?

there is none... they have tried everything, most recent was pulling the BT stack from the 750 but it was unsuccessful... BT on the 700wx is terrible

Figures. I've read all about the Bluetooth hangups. But if you are lucky enough to have a Bluetooth headset that more or less works, seems there'd be some way to route mp3 audio to that Bluetooth headset along the same audio path as the phone.

Oh well!

Thanks for this!! I always search for previous threads before posting but sometimes it's hard to come up with right keywords to get the thread I want!

There are so many threads about Bluetooth not working AT ALL! I at least have Bluetooth working for phone calls.
