It should count everything, it shows when I get Exchange or Pop and when I click on it, it actually takes me to the inbox with the new message in it.

I have been using phonealarm for a little while now and I can't seem to figure out how to get the SMS button to take me to the palm threaded app instead of the built-in texting program. Have you been able to achieve this? or do you know if it is possible?
