better call id (like bigger fonts, full screen ?)

have u tried using a custom background (ie white) makes it very easy to read i can make one for ya if ud like

How can i make the numbers bigger ?

I also noticed that city ID has a nice big YES NO but when i install it it only uses small text on the buttom.
