Restoring deleted items?

Are deleted items stored in a specific file? Like on a PC, when an item is deleted it is normally sent to the recycling bin until you decide to permanently delete the item or restore it? I deleted a few items out of program files by mistake and would like to restore them if possible, without having to actually reinstall the application.

I believe if you delete something using Resco Explorer that it first puts items into a recycle bin (which then you can restore). But if you just tapped on an item and selected delete then I think your sol.

There is no recycle bin on PPC. If you use default file browser, it deletes immediately. For Resco file browser, it store the cluster info in ~recycle location until you clean it up assuming that you have and use the tool and enable this function. You can also access it via the recycle icon from the GUI.
