Active sync 4.2 not syncing???
For some strange reason when I plugged my 700wx to my computer to update my info nothing was happening. I then did a soft reset and then it worked. I wonder what could of caused that?? usually when I connect it to the cpu active sync comes on automatically

It is a known fact that Activesync is not very stable.
