Activesync hanging

anyone else having an issue with activsync "hanging" while connecting. It looks like everything is fine but then it will just sit there. I've tried reinstalling activsync on my cpu and it didn't do anything....Verizon and Palm both say do a hard reset, but I would lose everything then! This has been going on for awhile but now I'm starting to get concerned! Any ideas???

Did you try to delete the pairing on your PPC first? I assume you reinstall the PC so the pairing on PPC needs to be deleted. Make sure that the USB connector is securely attached. Try minimize the content sync exchange between the two first, like only select the My Document sync only to see what additional data could be the problem.

Well go to ActiveSync (click on the icon in Program folder), Menu (right softkey), Options (first on the list), It would list the PCs (max 2) and/or Exchange server (max 1) and you can delete or modify the entry...
