Treo update problem
newbie here. Ive searched the site but found nothing on this topic. I hope yu guys dont mind me asking this newbie question.

I bought a treo a couple of days ago from ebay. Its brand new but it seems to have the old 700w software version. i know i need the 1.10 .

I downloaded the setup from Palm.com and followed the instructions 3 times to the T. My phone is connected for 1 hour and still no update. My screen is on the default today layout. I didnt touch my phone or anything.

Is there an easier way to update my Treo? I am on the verizon network if that helps any. Thanks guys. !!
