Problem with windows

I have the sprint treo. I did the update to .15 After a bunch of flubs I got everything back loaded and working OK. That was over a week ago. On Thursday I updated my SPB programs (backup, pocketplus, and diary) to the latest versions. Again, all seemed fine. Saturady my phone started stalling, with the windows little colored spinner going around before every key move and/or screen touch. Even if the phone is sitting idol I can look at hte screen and see this cursor pause as if something is happening in the background. I went and closed all apps, same issue. I checked settins on all programs, same issue. I uninstalled the 3 upgrades and same issue.

Any ideas?

I'll do a hard reset if I have to but I don't want to do it if it won't fix anything.

Hmmmmmm..... flubs? Don't sound good. Try removing SPB first then clean your registry. See where that gets ya.

I got it. I had to remove all 3 of the spb programs and then reinstall pocketplus using active sync instead of the cab file, then reloaded the other two and all works well again. Must have been a bum cab file of the pocketplus update. I tried a combination of things until this worked.

PS "flubs" referred to the stalled out attempts at the palm/sprint update. I had troubles with the active sync method, had to switch to the sd card method then it had a lot of stutters before everything evened out. I don't even know who how or what made it act up. maybe I was acting too fast for mr treo's thinker.
