Random Shut Off?!?!?

Okay lately my phone has been randomly shutting completely off or freezing when its off I cant tell. I noticed that the activesync will pop open sometimes with the last synchronized screen and it will stay frozen till i reset. Lately its been doing it more, sometimes right after the reset? It getting kind of annoying. The worst is I use my phone as an alarm in the mornining and the last couple days it would not go off because it turned off in the middle of the night. I have a these programs installed:

WeatherPanel
Pocketbreeze5
SpbPocketPlus4
TreoAlert
Hidelogo
SprintTV
PocketNES
Memmaid1.72

I am also having the same problem which can occur at any time of the day. I have used the phone normally in the morning to make and receive calls and later in the day check it to find that it has turned itself off. Sometime just pressing the end call button will load the treo screen and start it up again and other time I have to use the reset button. I hope someone as an idea what is going on.

well so far I uninstalled spbPocketPlus and its running ok, too bad I really liked that program. All I have running on my today screen is PocketBreeze and WeatherPanel on one of its Tabs.

My phone has been doing this for months. TEP gave me a refurbished phone that is still having the same issues.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have to so a Soft Re-Set to wake up my phone. So frustrating.
