Anyone having problems receiving text messages today?

I'm not sure if it's my phone, or sprint....

I tried sending myself a text message from my phone, no luck.

I tried sending myself a text message from sprint.com, nothing yet.

I also tried sending a text message from the phone to an e-mail address, nothing?

I have SMS threading installed and just installed the recently released patch a few minutes ago...

Also, is it a problem to keep conversations in the SMS threaded app?

My file is ~1.8 MB

OK - Update, I sent a text message FROM the phone TO my e-mail address. This time around I got it, but when I responded from the e-mail address, I have yet to receive the text...

yup, just installed the patch. Soft reset twice.

I never experienced problems receiving texts before.

I just sent another text to my e-mail address, received it fine, responded, nothing in the phone yet.

Palm will be releasing another patch by the end of December to address this issue.

Must be stuck in the system. Happens once in a while. Sorry I cannot test anymore

You are 100% correct - All of a sudden I got like 12 new texts, including the test ones I sent.

Ironically, I was expecting an important text this morning. All seems well now...

Perhaps something to do with the patch?

I have a similar problem with palm messaging. It was sending messages the next day! I had no proble receiving. I found my problem is they don't leave the outbox. if you click on the message in the out and hit resend, it will send it then. i've had to do this for a while. it was odd since it was working fine when I first installed it.

I've had no issuses with messaging today, maybe a network thing in your areas (hopefully :P ).

If messages are getting stuck in the Outbox you did not install correctly. Please install again, make sure to read the instructions carefully!!!

You weren't roaming at any point in the last 24 hours, were you?
