Resco explorer very slow after palm threaded sms app install

Resco explorer is running very slowly after installing the palm threaded sms app. . I have restored back to before the install and it works fine, but when i reinstall, the little busy/working symbol stays on for about a min. every time i explore folders in resco explorer. Also the built in file explorer is a little slower than usual. Its the latest ver. of resco.

I had the exact same issue.

Going into \windows would result in 9 rotations of the spinny pie thing.

Without the threaded app, it's 1/4.

I posted this at TreoCentral and some others have said they've experienced that as well, others not.

Don't know why it is but I'm not using the Threaded app anymore (plus I barely SMS anyways)

I did a hard reset and restored back to when it was working. I think i'll do without the threaded app. for awhile. At least till sprint/palm fixes their bugs....
