number key tones

when dealing a number I can not hear the tones makes it hard to check voice mail unless you use the number pad on the screen , I don't want to keep doing that. I did a hard reset also and nothing . So any help with this matter would be helpful. Thax Mista

For starters you posted in your question in the Treo 700wx forum...yet your running both a 6700 and 6800.

You might want to repost in the correct forum.

If you do indeed have a 700wx, in voice mail you can hear to tones when you touch the numbers on the hard keyboard.

I have 6700 and 6800 and a 700wx . I think that I have posted in the right fourm if i own 700wx

and no i can not hear any tones on the hard keys

You should only hear the tones using the hard keys once you're in voice mail. Starting a fresh call using the hard keys will result in no sound being heard. Obviously you can hear the tones using the dial pad.

In voice mail the numbers you enter will also display on the screen.
