I once updated, to 1.1, over tweaks. The system seemed a little sluggish.
Stayed like that for weeks. A trip to the doctor fixed it up.
It may work but it may also cause issues. Better just to undo. It's too easy not too.

Any tweaks (i.e., virtual QWERTY, tweaks, video cam) take all that sh1t out before updating.

has anyone been able to re-install their tweeks via quick install after updating? After I updated I rebooted my comp and my pre. Hooked it up, ran quick install, loaded the tweeks page, click on some tweeks and nothing happened...quick install just greyed out everything and nothing happened on the phone. Any help would be appreciated
