Capitalize: first letter during texts

I've searched but couldn't find an answer. How do I prevent the Pre from Capitalizing the first letter when texting. I've been having to do this: Mmarch, then hit the space between big 'M' and small 'm', then deleting big 'M'

I don't think there's a way to turn off spell check right now.

What I do is type the letter and hit the delete button. It will make the letter a lower case.

Backspace will revert all corrected words to the precorrected version, but i am curious as to why you wouldn't want texts to be capitalized?

I only ask, cuz i usually learn way cool new ways to deal with my devices when i do!
