Synergy Problem with Contacts

My contacts are synergized permanently for some reason. I sign on my AIM and all the screen name goes straight to my contacts..how do I remove this effect? Also after I signed out they are all still there. Until I remove the SN from accounts..

This is what Synergy does. It brings your contacts from all your different sources to a single, integrated location.

yeah, anyway to manage it better? i mean if you think about it facebook+AIM+email contacts = 098433249237489234234

It should be linking redundant contacts together, which will reduce the number. Make sure your AIM screennames are labeled with the persons name. Otherwise, you will have to link them by hand. In terms of the shear number of individual contacts, not much you can do about it. Palm's argument is that you should be using Universal Search to find contacts anyway, so the number which exist in your contacts page is immaterial.
