i have a palm pre.i bought it and it had a bad esn(i got scammed) and i wanna know can sum1 clear the esn so i can activate it

If the carrier (Sprint) told you that the ESN was bad then that's pretty much end of the story. Flagged/bad ESN's are generally a result of theft, etc.

Where did you buy it from? Give us a bit more info.

Did the seller tell you whe they were selling it? Are you able to make calls or browse the internet on it? If you can it could be that the seller intended on replacing the unit after it was sold and has not done so yet.
