low ringtone vol
i just got my pre and i added a few mp3 ringtones and once they play there very low u cant even hear them im using the same software as i did with my touch pro and those were very loud is there some kind of audio fix?

I know I had to download new ringtones off Pre-Central, because the original were not loud enuff. But I dont know what they did to them to make them louder.

I created my own ringtones using mp3s and I don't have this issue. Where are you getting your ringtones from?

i figured it out aftet i put the ear phones in while watching sprint tv the vol got alot louder i get my ring tones from acid pro i chop each song to 30secs and change the db
