Touchstone Problems

My touchstone stopped working all of a sudden about a month or so ago. I bought this off of ebay along with my palm pre. My question is can I take the touchstone anywhere to have it looked at without having a receipt or warranty?

i would say no but what would i do is go to sprint and find a dumb blond or a gurl who would check it out for you tell them it was a gift and of course the gift any one get now days not have them its worked in the pass for me but on cell phones
