Palm Pre Not Downloading?
 

my pre will not download apps and now some of my apps that already downloaded are paused and i cant open them. Please Help...

Do you have any patches installed? What WebOS version? Have you tried doing a reset?

what you want to do is a full reset. But before you do this:
go onto your computer
plug in your phone via USB drive
select USB Drive on your phone
make a new folder
drag and drop EVERYTHING from your pre to that folder ( for a failsafe)
then go to device info
press reset options
press full reset.
this will delete everything that is causing you any problems. The only bad thing is you jave to drag and drop your songs back onto your pre and go through all of the set up you went through when you first got your phone.

This worked for me!!!!

First go to your app list and stop all the downloads that are paused so they say download.........

Then........

Remove the InstallHistory.db file from /var/palm/data/com.palm.appInstallService/
