yeah its kinda confusing it took me a while and Adryns help! But mine built and just flashed it to my phone and it works!!! Now i just have to go back to the kitchen and start nuking stuff out it so i can get it to be faster. Things I added M2D, M2DC, left VVM, and Office. deleted most of VSW stuff. and added the Official Facebook app from MS!

plus one for the not understanding :P lol. it looks like on the screen shots from modaco its using a program to do it, but all i see are command prompts and files. no real programs :/ maybe add a open this program (insert name), than this, than this. into the first post plz?

plus he is talking about an .exe updater, which we don't have...we have an .img file. Someone talked about opening it with GP, but I don't know what GP is...
