anyone use powermat?

just saw this commercial, and was wondering if anyone here has even heard of powermat, let alone use one. wireless charging of your wireless devices...

seems like a decent product to me. not sure if it's worth a bill, but seems cool

not since you still need a dongle. and if i'm gonna snap extra thickness on my phone it's gonna be an extended bat, not some dumb trickle charger. (I assume since they don't say the output current)

When are we gonna have true wireless charging? Not attaching things to a matt not to some device and call it wireless! THAT IS NOT TRUE WIRELESS YOUR STILL ATTACHING IT. I cant wait for the days when I can attach a device to my socket then attach it to my phone and charge it anywhere I go in the house.

not sure if your talking about the same product, my girl has one and likes it. nothing strapped to ppc, she just sets ppc on the mat to charge.

they couldn't even bring themselves to say the real word for the comercial?

they were clearly saying "flippin"
