Verizon to sell Palm Pre

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Verizon Wireless plans to start selling Palm Inc's Pre and a new version of the touchscreen BlackBerry Storm in about six months, the top executive for the venture of Verizon Communications Inc and Vodafone Group Plc said on Thursday.

Timing seems to be about right, around 6 months after it's been said to come out at other carriers.

Give me the Touch Pro 2, Diamond 2. Having had Palm years ago I can offer only a golf clap.

Give me an OS with lots of apps. Haven't we been down this road before?

Better yet, give me the unlocked GPS you promised months ago.
