Microsoft is expected to announce today that it will install voice-recognition technology on Windows Mobile 6.5-powered cell phones, courtesy of technology from Tellme, a company Microsoft bought in 2007. Um, excuse me, don't we already have this? What kind of lame announcement is this?

If its like Vlingo then its cool but otherwise no, it has the ability yes (MSVC, WinLive) but its not a pre-installed system wide feature.
