Question Microsoft gives voice to Windows Mobile

 Microsoft gives voice to Windows Mobile features
Microsoft is expected to announce today that it will install voice-recognition technology on Windows Mobile 6.5-powered cell phones, courtesy of technology from Tellme, a company Microsoft bought in 2007. The application would enable users to press a single button, enabling them to use voice commands to make calls, send text messages and search the Web. Network World/IDG News Service (4/29)

Um, excuse me, don't we already have this? What kind of lame announcement is this?

If its like Vlingo then its cool but otherwise no, it has the ability yes (MSVC, WinLive) but its not a pre-installed system wide feature.
