Recover lost text and emails...HELP!

hi, i am in major need of help or advice or information. i had about 6 months of text on my phone with plenty of memory left. i needed the past months for a court case. i had issues using jeyo with my outlook 2002 so i had not synced it up to my computer yet. last night, i sent a text and then immediately powered off my phone. then i powered it on again and noticed it was operating slowly to retrieve texts. when the inbox finally came up, there were no text messages in any folders. YIKES! then i checked my email and it looks like the account i setup was gone as well and all emails gone. nothing else was reset on my phone. is there anyway to retrieve these or are they gone? i think messages are stored in a database file. any help or information would be very much appreciated.

also, what is a good application for backing up text messages? jeyo stalled my outlook so i had to uninstall it.

thank you so much.

Can't help with the recovery issue, but for backing up texts, Dashwire can't be beat. Found at www.dashwire.com. Set up an account, d/l the client to your device, and you're off and running. It will also b/u contacts, email, voicemail, pix, and video too. It's accessable anywhere you've got internet access, you can set up a b/u schedule, and best of all, it's FREE
