Phone won't start up---help!!!

Quick version of the story:

me and wife both have Moto Q's (Sprint) and today while her phone was ringing, she went to answer it, phone stopped ringing. Her screen was displying Sprint logo, then Motorola Logo, then Windows Mobile logo (just like when turning phone on). Only, once the Windows Mobile Logo comes up, it restarts the sequence over again (Sprint logo, Motorola Logo, Windows Mobile Logo, Sprint logo, Motorola logo, Windows Mobile Logo, again and again and again.....). She pulled battery, replaced, and it does the same thing. So, she tried the battery out of my phone, thinking maybe she had a battery issue, however phone did same thing. Upon replacing the batter back into my phone, my phone now does the same thing as hers. Tried a "hard reset", which it appeared to do, however, once the reset was done, same thing is happening!!!! Suggestions?

Try taking the battery out for more than 60 seconds than put it back in. If that doesn't work, let the battery charge with the Q turned off until the charge indicator shows as fully charged than try removing the battery for 60 seconds or more again. I had the same thing happen to my first Q, worked fine for 1 day than the same thing started happening. I hope that helps.

Battery Suggestion Didn't Work

I had already tried the remove/wait/re-install procedure. No help. I charged the phone overnight, removed and waited, re-installed and still have same problem. Appreciate your suggestion, wish it would've worked. Any other ideas?
