Sprint / Q and Data Speeds extremly SLOW! help! EV

Interesting, last night at midnight I tried it like 10 times the test and each time it got 750kbit download rate. FAST! Now this morning I can't get over 300kbit so far.

I always have slow speeds ..

Wherever I am . home or school or work .


The did a problem ticket but never called back ..

Then I called again after doing a hard reset and they tell me they were going to check the towers again ..

Nothing

I just want them to replace the phone for me .

I know its defective but they keep on saying reset this and wait here and there .
