How to HARD RESET Q
 

When the device is powered off hold the center silver action button and the red power button and u will be prompted if u want to hard reset yes or no.......Just FYI

was playing with a home screen plugin and could not get it to stop freezing so figured out this is the way to do it other then going to settings and master reset.....this hard reset will also retain ur number and data information but u do lose contacts and everything else

I had the same problem, but! I managed to uninstall it q uickly before the program initiated ;) took me a few tries but got it done without a hard reset!!

What is lost when you do the hard reset? do you lose all your contacts? pictures etc? or just software thats installed.

It's just like when you took it out of the box...you'll loose everything.

Which is why I recommend:

1) Sprite Backup 5.2
2) SafeMode 2.1
