Motorola Electrify USCC
 

Does anyone know if they turned off the 4g radio on the electrify or it was just not installed? I know that uscc turned off the gps in the htc 8600 but you were able to enable it. If it was not removed would a new rom need to be flashed to enable or just a "switch"? Dont have the phone yet but will buy if ever verifyed. USCC wont have 4g till end of the year but if I know them as good as I think I do, they will release crap 4g phones just to get them out and wait till half way through 2012 to release a good one.

Word on the street was USCC was aiming on starting to deploy 4g about this time. It's probably there just hidden and buried

uscc 4g is advalible in certain loctions as of now. it wont be network wide untill 1st quater of 2012. they do have 4g phones coming soon. i almost got customer sevice to break and tell me what phones are coming. as far as the phone in question goes it is not 4g ready. that is what a tech specialist told me at the store and he does know his stuff about flashing roms, radio, ect.
