Droid2 Timing out on Data Pushing

I picked up a Droid 2 through work, of course running Froyo. What I am running into is the Data Push is not staying active after 30-45min, nor is it defaulting over to the Fetch when the connection is lost. The only way to regain the connection is to open the Corporate Email and it syncs. When I put it in the Fetch every 15min, the Droid 2 does appear to keep a connection.

Now I had a Droid 1 for work that I was beta testing over 1 month ago running Android 2.1. There was no issue with Enclair when it came to this. After a call the phone would regain connectivity.

I verified the power settings on the Droid 2 from Nighttime saver and Performance, neither changing the outcome.

Has anyone else experience this? I have seen that the EVO 4G is having an issue similar to this.

Re: Droid2 Timing out on Data Pushing

Found my issue. I found that there is an additional sync setting. You need to add the android gadget that has the Sync.

Even though I chose the Data Delivery Options with all checked (even the Data enabled Function) I had to enable, under the Android Gadget, Sync.

So anyone else comes across this issue, here is what I found.
