Google Voice + Froyo
 

I've been running Froyo for a few weeks now but for some reason haven't tried to reinstall Google Voice. I tried earlier and it didn't even install! Same thing with the latest Google Earth & Maps update. Any idea what the problem could be?

I too had a problem upgrading Maps. I was ale to get Voice installed and it is working though.

When I tried to upgrade Maps, it just says "Install Unsuccessful", however I opened it up and it is showing the newest version! I'm not too sure what is happening, but I will let you know if I find anything out.

You have not installed the market fix. Once you do that you should be able to download and install everything again.

my maps still wont update... i am running team chaos clean black rom v 1.3 seems to be a problem with FROYO in general? The maps program is installed but won't update through the market. everything else seems to be working fine though.... thanks for the link though, it did fix some of the apps I wasn't seeing in the market after the update...

Have you uninstalled the version that is on your phone?

Ok, how do I go about unstalling the old version of maps?
