How to change prl, and edit the settings

Ok, I have bypassed activation, I have rooted, and I have flashed a custom ROM on this g.d. m.f. s.o.b. Droid but I can't get the thing to read on anything to change the prl and edit the data settings. Someone anyone can you throw a dog a bone, I dont expect a direct answer but a clue would be cool.

##PROGRAM send and then 6 zeros for the code will get you in to the settings menu. The issue is that no one has really figured out how to get the new settings to stick. I read a little bit ago that someone in Mexico figured it out but is charging $75 to do it and is not posting the information.

Also, there is a thread in here talking about this issue already.

If you're wanting to mess around a bit, there's actually a pile of programming options that are made accessible through 'better cut' (or any cut the free version.) Once it's installed:

Long Press home screen > Shortcuts > Any Cut (or Better Cut) > Activity
You'll see a lot of options available there. Definitely worth checking into if you want to tinker a bit.
