Lightbulb [Tip]Tired Of Mobile Sites In The Built-In Browser? Force FULL Sites!

1. In your browser URL, type “about:debug” and press enter. (No quotations)
2. Hit “menu” and then select “Settings.”
3. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the settings and tap on “UAString.”
4. Select “Desktop.”

When you type "about:debug" you will see a javascript console, or nothing at all. When you hit the go button, wait a sec, then hit your menu/settings button and scroll to the bottom. It's there. (You can also turn off the java console).

***DISCLAIMER***
I did this on my Droid X2, however your mileage may vary. I am not responsible for anything that goes wrong, you tried this tip on your own.

Thanks, I didn't realize it was that easy to change. I might just leave the default browser in Desktop mode and use Dolphin for mobile browsing.

I did this to my girlfriends epic back when it came out. It works great until you close the browser. Then it goes back to mobile. Anyone got a permanent fix?
